Diagnostic Medical Sonographers use ultrasound imaging technology to assist physicians in diagnosing and assessing a wide range of medical conditions. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. You will ensure patient safety, position patients correctly, adjust scan settings and work closely with radiologists to assist in accurate diagnoses. A caregiver in this role works evenings + on-call shifts from 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. with weekend requirements.
