About The Position

Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Lead Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to our Ultrasound Department at our Baptist Clay located in Fleming Island, FL. This is a Full-time, day shift opportunity working a 9:00am to 5:30pm shift. Requirements

3-5 Years Experience working in a hospital setting
2+ years of Vascular experience required
Experience in mammography department
Ultrasound Experience
Customer Service Experience
Experience with Breast Patients
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Registered Technologist in Sonography ARRT (S) Required OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS) Required OR Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Required OR Registered Technologist in Vascular Sonography ARRT (VS) Required

Responsibilities

Working in a leadership position.
Responsible for quantity and quality of procedures performed in Ultrasound.
Assisting in staff training, performance and equipment evaluation, insures staff compliance with Employee Health and Mandatory Education requirements.
Responsible for maintaining ICAVL and ACR Accreditation's.
Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
