About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Sonographer for our Ultrasound Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Part-Time, Nights opportunity working Saturday and Sunday 7p - 7a. Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
- 1-2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience
- Ultrasound Experience
- Experience with vascular ultrasound
- Customer Service Experience
- Must pass certification in Sonography from the ARDMS or ARRT (S) within 18 months of hire date.
- Will undergo level II Background screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
Responsibilities
- Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
- Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
