About The Position
Adelphi is seeking a board-certified Diagnostic and/or Interventional Radiologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a hospital-based practice in Jefferson City, MO, with potential coverage in Columbia, MO. The assignment will consist primarily of Diagnostic Radiology, approximately 80–90%, with approximately 10–20% Interventional Radiology coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic radiology experience and be comfortable performing light IR radiology procedures.
Requirements
- Board-certified Diagnostic and/or Interventional Radiologist.
- MO license or IMLC.
- BC (Board Certified).
- BLS, ACLS.
- Comfortable performing light IR radiology procedures.
- Hospital privileges required.
Responsibilities
- Provide locum tenens coverage for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.
- Perform approximately 80-90% Diagnostic Radiology procedures.
- Perform approximately 10-20% Interventional Radiology procedures, including non-vascular procedures such as lumbar punctures, myelography, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, and aspiration/drainage procedures.
- Work 8-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month.
