About The Position

The Diagnostic Imaging Assistant will greet all patients coming into the Mammography department and assist with patient issues. This role involves inputting patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy, scheduling, checking in, and verifying information for patients, and making reminder phone calls to patients the day prior to their appointment. This is a full-time position located at Swedish Hospital.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
CPR certification required
Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required
Typing 25-35 wpm

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience
Medical terminology preferred

Responsibilities
