About The Position
Electronic Imaging Assistants perform a variety of clerical duties in support of diagnostic imaging operations. Duties focus on clerical processes and customer service and involve reception, patient transport, responding to inquiries, filing, retrieving films and records, data entry and tasks utilizing digital and Picture and Archive Communication Systems (PACS) technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 6 months Healthcare/radiology experience, or one year of office clerical experience or post secondary education.
Nice To Haves
- PACS or RIS experience.
