Diagnostic Automotive Technician / Mechanic | $100K to $150K | Maple Grove
About The Position
This position is reserved for a top-performing technician who enjoys the challenge of diagnostics and troubleshooting. Our ideal candidate has many years of experience with proven results who is a team player and works hard to produce thoroughly and accurately. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Ability to Flag 50-60 hours per week.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
Responsibilities
- Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
- Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
