The successful candidate will manage a territory of diagnostic customers, with a strong emphasis on delivering best-in-class in-clinic lab installations and actively promoting utilization in alignment with clinical guidelines. Key responsibilities include enhancing the post-sale customer experience, overseeing the installation, set-up, and connectivity of diagnostic devices and online platforms, providing technical support, and facilitating customer on-boarding. Additionally, the candidate will conduct cyclical customer touchpoints to provide comprehensive clinic training and education on the usage, maintenance, and clinical benefits of our diagnostic solutions to ensure optimal in-clinic application. This is a 2-year contract position, covering the Northern and Eastern Ontario regions, and the ideal candidate resides in the Ottawa Area.
