About The Position
Provide diabetes self-management education to patients, their families and appropriate support systems. The educator performs activities in a manner that supports the clinic's goals and objectives, is in compliance with clinic policies and procedures and the standards of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree, in accredited program in Nutrition/Dietetics and/or Nursing
