About The Position

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DSME program at all sites. Ensures that the National Standards (NSDSME) are met and maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current MS RN license or compact multi-state
• CDCES Certification or attain within 90 days of hire
• Academic and/or experiential preparation in program management and preparation in the care of persons with chronic disease.
• Registered nurse with ten years' experience in the care and education of patients with chronic disease.
