The primary purpose of the Program Coordinator, Nursing Administration position is to perform complex and comprehensive project/program management for institutional nursing programs. This position will also evaluate, plan, organize, manage, direct, and implement nursing programs and projects across the Division of Nursing while creating efficient processes using technology and partnering with nursing leadership to satisfy demand and expectations. The primary programs will center around the Nursing Professional Advancement Model (NPAM) and the Patient Care Technician (PCT) Career Growth Program. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and strategic professional with expertise in program development, process improvement, and technology integration. They excel at managing complex projects, coordinating multi-departmental initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and the ability to lead special projects and career development programs are essential. This individual demonstrates financial acumen, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to achieving departmental and institutional goals. Initial training may require daily onsite presence.
