About The Position

ADMIN COORDINATOR Job Purpose: To provide a position description for employees of Long Beverage, Inc., meaningful to the employees in performance of his/her duties. To maintain daily activities that exceed expectations in service for our customers and employees by taking orders and assisting with general front office needs. Help maintain an organized and productive administration office. Purpose: The job description, which follows, is designed to provide the employee with an overview of his/her job duties, however, the job description is not all-inclusive. All employees are subject to being assigned additional duties at any time. This job description is also subject to being changed at any time. To maintain daily activities that exceed expectations in service for our customers and employees by taking orders and assisting with general front office needs. Help maintain an organized and productive administration office.

Responsibilities

  • Open doors and prepare lobby for business by 8:00am
  • Make sure lobby and front office are clean and organized
  • Ensure copies of necessary forms are available at all times (Delivery Discrepancy, New Account, etc.)
  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately. This will include taking orders and helping employees with general issues
  • Maintain customer lobby window and employee windows
  • Create and balance invoices turned in by sales reps
  • Monitor and key orders via email and fax
  • Check errors from previous day’s deposit
  • Scan all driver paperwork from previous day’s routes
  • Balance cash drawer daily
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration Specialist to accomplish various office tasks
  • Any miscellaneous tasks that are assigned by Manager or Supervisor
