Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center is seeking a full-time Diabetes Care & Education Specialist to join our multidisciplinary diabetes care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys developing ongoing relationships with patients, working closely with diabetes providers, and helping people successfully manage diabetes using education, lifestyle strategies, medications, and the latest diabetes technology. This position is primarily based in Idaho Falls and requires working 1–2 days per week in our Pocatello office. We offer a competitive wage based on education, credentials, and experience, with higher compensation for individuals who have earned the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential.
