About The Position

Provide direct supervision for the Passenger Services, Air Freight, and ATOC functions of the Air Terminal. Ensure safe, secure, efficient and timely processing of all passengers, cargo/mail which arrive, depart or transit the Air Terminal. Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates to include tracking and scheduling training requirements for personnel. Knowledgeable in Cargo, Passenger and ATOC requirements in accordance with AMC regulations. Certification in handling and inspecting Hazardous Cargo. Interface with the Government's assigned Performance Assessment Representative (PAR). Keep the Annex Manager informed on the quality and quantity of work performed throughout the Air Terminal. Ensure the availability of qualified personnel for all phases of the Air Terminal's operations. Monitor and maintain appropriate manning levels in all departments. Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual, operational, and safety & security requirements, directives, and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of aircraft type, capabilities and configurations. Perform other related duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing and supervising in the functions of passenger and cargo movements by military and/or commercial airlift.
  • Knowledge in all applicable publications, regulations, manuals and instructions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass the AIRFIELD OPERATORS COURSE.
  • Must be computer literate I.E. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
  • Must be proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School Graduate
  • Six (6) years in Supervising Passenger service, Air Cargo and Air Terminal Operations Center functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Hazardous Material Inspector qualified.
  • Joint Inspector Qualified/Joint Inspection Instructor Qualified.
  • Aircraft Load Planner Qualified.
  • Supervisory experience in Air Terminal Functions.
  • REMOTE GLOBAL AIR TRANSPORTATION EXECUTION SYSTEM (RGATES).
  • AIR TRANSPORTATION WEB BASED TRAINING (ATWBT).
  • ALTERNATE WASO (WORKSTATION AREA SECURITY OFFICER)
  • College Graduate (Desired)
