About The Position

You will contribute to the evolution of DevSecOps capabilities that support the delivery of the company's digital, analytical, and artificial intelligence solutions. You will participate in the design and continuous improvement of secure, automated, and reusable services that increase team velocity while ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of deliveries.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
  • Experience in designing and integrating complex solutions.
  • Experience in automating builds, tests, and deployments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and good knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience in hybrid technological environments (on-premises and cloud).
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of AWS and CloudFormation.
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in application security (asset).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Atlassian environments (asset).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and evolve modern DevSecOps capabilities based on Azure DevOps and AWS.
  • Develop automation solutions in Python, TypeScript, and PowerShell to improve the efficiency and reliability of development and deployment processes.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating automated quality, security, and compliance controls.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the development toolchain, particularly for source code management, software quality, artifacts, observability, and application security.
  • Develop self-service capabilities and reusable models that promote the autonomy of development teams.
  • Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with the company's standards and technological directions.
  • Support teams in adopting Development Platform services and promote DevSecOps best practices.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of service offerings and contribute to the evolution of the Development Platform roadmap.
