About The Position

Interclypse is hiring a mid-level DevSecOps Engineer to support Maryland state agencies in modernizing and sustaining critical systems. The role develops, maintains, and optimizes the software development environment, with an increasing focus on integrating security practices. It is responsible for infrastructure, build, integration, and software deployment processes, and works with development teams to add automated security checks to CI/CD pipelines. The position calls for scripting knowledge, including Ruby and Python. All positions are on-site at various locations in Maryland.

Requirements

At least five years of relevant experience.
At least two years of experience integrating security tools, such as SAST and DAST, into CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in scripting languages.
Experience with infrastructure as code and container security.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related area of specialty is preferred.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Ruby and Python.
