Join us to engineer experiences that help shape the future of work. The Role We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking DevOps / Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and operating modern, cloud-based infrastructure while enabling seamless, scalable, and secure software delivery. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, driving automation, improving system reliability, and accelerating the end-to-end software lifecycle. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how we build, deploy, and operate high-quality services at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related roles.
  • At least 2 years of DevOps experience within AWS environment
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, agentic AI) to improve efficiency and code quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure code deployments.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Operate and optimize production environments on AWS, maintaining high availability (99.999%) and system performance.
  • Partner with engineering teams to eliminate manual processes, streamline workflows, and accelerate development velocity.
  • Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Datadog to ensure system health and performance.
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, including automated security testing, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
  • Develop and support real-time, event-driven solutions that power scalable and resilient applications.
