About The Position

Our client is seeking a senior-level DevOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS. You will be responsible for providing optimization and automation across multiple platforms and applications, and driving consistency in deployment and build processes. You'll work closely with a team to analyze requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and develop technical documentation. This role requires an individual who can translate customer needs into functional, production-ready code and infrastructure while leveraging modern tools and DevOps practices.

Requirements

Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope, or a Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of experience.
An expert-level understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
Experience with a wide range of modern tools including Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, and Python.
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
A solid understanding of Agile software development and DevOps practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, or Python.
A self-driven, self-learning attitude and the ability to share knowledge and participate actively in a team environment.
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance is required.
