About The Position
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Java development, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps tools, containerization, and database management, along with proven leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design
- Experience with RESTful API development and service-to-service communication patterns
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior developers
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
