About The Position
Experienced DevOps Lead responsible for CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure, release management, and operational reliability while working closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform/Ansible, and Bash or Python scripting.
- Good understanding of networking, system administration, observability, and release management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps strategy, automation roadmap, and platform engineering practices.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release automation.
- Implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployments and ensure environment stability.
- Drive monitoring, incident management, RCA, security, compliance, and reliability improvements.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams.
