We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Lead/Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise DevOps capabilities. The role requires deep expertise in cloud computing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automation, security, and platform engineering. The candidate will be responsible for defining DevOps strategy, architecting scalable and secure solutions, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-quality software with agility and reliability.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in cloud computing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automation, security, and platform engineering.
  • Experience defining DevOps strategy, architecting scalable and secure solutions, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the organization's DevOps strategy, standards, and best practices across multiple engineering teams.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Design, deploy, and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), and Helm.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security, compliance, vulnerability scanning, and governance controls into the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, deployment speed, reliability, and system scalability.
  • Ensure platform resilience through disaster recovery planning, high availability solutions, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Lead technical reviews, architecture governance, and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics to improve platform reliability and customer experience.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management while maintaining performance and security standards.
  • Support Agile and DevOps transformation programs by promoting automation, collaboration, and continuous delivery practice
