About The Position

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in DevOps, with a proven track record of deploying and managing applications on AWS. This role involves working in a fast-paced, agile environment, utilizing various tools and scripting languages to automate processes, ensure security, and monitor system performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
  • AWS deployment experience (ECS Fargate, S3, Lambda, RDS, Route53, EC2, etc.).
  • Experience with UCD tools for AWS deployment (CloudFormation, YAML, JSON).
  • Experience working in 2-week Sprints.
  • Familiarity with scan tools (SONAR, Fortify Scan, etc.).
  • Experience with groovy and python scripting.
  • Experience in automating processes.
  • Experience creating monitors, alarms, and notifications for EC2 hosts using CloudWatch and AppDynamics.
  • Experience with JFrog Artifactory.
  • Experience with Pipeline as Code (PAC).
  • Experience with Artifactory.
  • Experience with pipeline integration with security scans (Nexus, Sonar, etc.).
  • Experience with AWS CloudFormation.
  • Experience working in complex environments or advanced problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including ECS Fargate, S3, Lambda, RDS, Route53, and EC2.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Utilize UCD tools for AWS deployments, such as CloudFormation, YAML, and JSON.
  • Develop and maintain groovy and python scripts for process automation.
  • Create monitors, alarms, and notifications for EC2 hosts using CloudWatch and AppDynamics.
  • Integrate pipelines with security scanning tools like Nexus and Sonar.
  • Manage and utilize JFrog Artifactory for artifact management.
  • Implement and manage Pipeline as Code (PAC).
  • Work with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
  • Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills in complex environments.
