This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Orem, UT office.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field (or equivalent practical experience)
1 to 3 years of experience in DevOps, SysAdmin, or infrastructure-related work
Comfortable working in a Linux environment
Familiar with Git and version control practices
Some exposure to CI/CD tools and containerization
Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar
Experience with Cloud Orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience with metrics and reporting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
A calm, solutions-oriented approach when priorities shift
Curiosity and drive to keep learning new technical skills

Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and reliability of CI/CD pipelines and production infrastructure
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues alongside senior engineers
Build automation scripts to reduce manual work and speed up deployments
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process
Help maintain security best practices across infrastructure
Support configuration management and version control workflows
Learn new tools and technologies as our infrastructure evolves
Leverage AI as a tool to help troubleshooting, scripting, and day-to-day tasks
