About The Position

As a DevOps engineer on our team, you’ll use your development experience to provide hands-on technical support to customers using our Kubernetes-based platform, including troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, responding to support requests via calls and chat, and guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and application development workflows. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you will support the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies. You will use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning. Using your software engineering knowledge, you will work with your team to bring other organizations onboard with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles. Requirements

4+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity, including building and maintaining IaC solutions using Terraform and Terragrunt to automate environment provisioning, enforce configuration consistency, and support reliable build, test, monitoring, and release workflows across multiple environments
4+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud applications, including AWS
2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications within Kubernetes
Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise cloud-native solutions
Experience working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Nice To Haves

Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang
Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, or Elasticsearch
Experience with Jenkins or GitLab Runners
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
