DevOps Engineer
About The Position
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure by applying your expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security. Your day-to-day activities will include building and testing end-to-end continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines while ensuring that systems remain secure against potential threats. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams will be a critical part of your role. Expert proficiency in DevOps is required. Expert proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps is recommended. Expert proficiency in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) is suggested. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to support development and deployment processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance overall team performance and knowledge sharing. Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve automation and operational efficiency. Drive initiatives to strengthen security practices within the development and deployment pipelines
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in DevOps
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
