We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing company at a breakthrough stage - building our dream team with the most passionate and professional people in the industry. This is a US-based position, joining a global DevOps team primarily based in Israel. We’re looking for someone highly independent, adaptable, and proactive - a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can collaborate effectively across time zones. Our team thinks differently and moves quickly, delivering high-quality, innovative solutions using the latest technologies and frameworks - all while enjoying the ride!

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with production workloads on GCP or AWS.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
  • Deep familiarity with systems like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.
  • Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar tools.
  • Skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, managing priorities, and adjusting to evolving collaboration patterns across time zones.
  • Collaborative, curious, and technically driven - able to contribute meaningfully to a distributed, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a DevOps mindset: Identify friction points and implement scalable automation to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience.
  • Operate and optimize production environments: Use infrastructure as code and modern observability tools to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Empower development teams: Build intuitive internal tools and foster a culture of self-service within R&D.
  • Lead deployments end-to-end: From architecture to implementation, manage deployments across multiple regions and environments.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with an Israel-based DevOps team, maintaining strong communication and ownership despite time zone differences.
