About The Position

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team as a shared resource supporting multiple engineering teams. You'll be building and maintaining infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. As a resource shared across teams, you'll need to context-switch effectively, build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and bring consistency to how infrastructure and operational practices are applied across the organization. Our next DevOps Engineer will contribute to shaping our technology culture and propel our product development teams to rapidly deliver high-value software. Our cross-functional pods have built a world-class platform that supports all three of our lines of business and tackles new revenue-generating problems every day. You will have the opportunity to suggest ways to improve the existing architecture and technical debt as well as provide insight to optimize the Objectway Digital Client Onboarding (ODCO) platform and make it more scalable. Our Engineers are able to see the positive impact of their work not only on the company, but on the wealth management industry as a whole. If you're eager to join an innovative team and want to demonstrate your technical acumen, initiative, ability to be a team player, and put your problem-solving skills to the test, we want to hear from you! This role holder will be instrumental in setting and placing the foundation of the DevOps tools and system. You’ll be able to provide significant input on the optimization and scalability of our current platform supporting our clients.
