About The Position

CelebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use. You will join the engineering team behind our new mid-market analytics platform, building and maintaining the infrastructure that keeps the product secure, reliable, and ready to scale. You will play a key role in shaping our cloud environment, deployment practices, observability, and incident response as the platform grows from its early stages into a dependable product for business customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering
  • Strong production experience with AWS or GCP
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code solution
  • Real-world experience participating in an on-call rotation and handling production incidents
  • Experience with containers and container orchestration in production environments
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, networking, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to investigate complex infrastructure issues and explain technical decisions clearly
  • Comfortable taking ownership of reliability and operational improvements in a growing product environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating Kubernetes at scale
  • Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance requirements
  • Cloud cost optimization experience
  • Go or Python experience for infrastructure and developer tooling
  • Experience supporting data-intensive or analytics platforms
  • Experience establishing infrastructure practices for a growing engineering team

Responsibilities

  • Own infrastructure as code across development, staging, and production environments
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to make deployments reliable and efficient
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and help establish scalable engineering practices as the platform grows
  • Own monitoring, alerting, observability, and on-call runbooks while continuously reducing unnecessary alert noise
  • Lead incident response, coordinate technical resolution, and run blameless post-mortems that result in meaningful improvements
  • Monitor and optimize cloud usage and infrastructure costs
  • Strengthen infrastructure security and work with the wider engineering team on security and compliance requirements
  • Partner with developers to improve reliability, deployment workflows, and developer experience
