About The Position

Belay Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their intel team to support TO-005, Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD). This role will focus on DevOps engineering for a modernization effort to converge NSA’s authoring, dissemination, and other supporting tools. The position requires a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support (approximately one week every 4-6 weeks), with staff eligible to charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call. Up to one day per week of work from home is permitted.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with software development/engineering such as requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/resolution
  • Familiarity with developing software with high level languages such as Java, C, C++, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with developing software for Microsoft Windows or UNIX/Linux/Centos family of operating systems
  • Familiarity with software integration and software testing
  • Understanding of technical writing and familiarity with technical documents in support of a software development project
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with AWS, MASH, and VMs
  • Experience with Docker Swarm
  • Experience with deployments of distributed web applications (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
  • Experience with Terraform scripting and VM provisioning
  • Experience with Ansible scripting and development
  • Thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology
  • Experience with Git
