Requirements

6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, and pipeline automation.
Strong practical experience with Jenkins or TeamCity pipelines, including multibranch and scripted pipelines.
Solid understanding of Java application build and deployment, including: Maven lifecycle, POM structure, JAR/WAR/EAR packaging, Build artifact handling using Nexus/Artifactory.
Strong scripting experience using Python, Shell.
Hands-on experience with Ansible, including playbooks, roles, configuration automation, and deployment automation.
Knowledge of containerization using Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
Hands-on with Git version control, branching strategies, and release workflows.
DevOps experience: 5-8 Years.

Nice To Haves

Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines to Tekton and/or Harness (high priority).
Experience deploying applications to WebSphere Application Server (WAS) is a strong plus.
