Responsible for system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection, and geo-location systems and software, including prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and lab systems and products. Perform network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing LAN/CAN/WAN networks. Work with both Arista and Cisco network devices. Configure and optimize the network to connect various front-end and back-end components. Design, integrate, configure, deploy, test, and provide ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices. Provide Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash; build and maintain pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab; use Ansible or Terraform for infrastructure as code; work with Docker and Kubernetes; and manage and monitor hybrid cloud/virtualized environments. Manage and configure Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies and travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science; may substitute four (4) years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Twelve (12) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system administration, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps; may substitute two (2) years of experience with a Master of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies.
  • Willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
