About The Position

The Device Inventory Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, tracking, and recovery of cardiac monitoring devices utilized by patients and healthcare facilities. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely equipment returns, and exceptional customer support.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback with professionalism.
Demonstrated accountability and ownership of outcomes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of customer service, logistics, inventory, or healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and track cardiac monitoring device inventory assigned to patients and facilities.
Coordinate device returns, shipping, and recovery efforts.
Provide support to patients and facilities regarding device-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records.
Monitor outstanding equipment and follow up on overdue returns.
Record, document, and communicate equipment tracking information.
Monitor outstanding device inventory and recovery status.
Coordinate courier pickups and shipping arrangements.
Maintain logs of outstanding patient equipment.
Assist with invoicing related to unreturned equipment.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
Perform other duties as assigned to support department objectives.
