Work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Build out process/device improvement plans and implement the same.

Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent.
Minimum of 3 year’s experience with a BS or 1 year’s experience with a Masters.
Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor key device attributes (in-line CD/thickness, PCM testing, and probe parametrics) to ensure process and device health.
Strong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.
Drive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. process, flows, product).
Respond to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.
Develop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.
Support disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation.
