About The Position

Join an established private practice specializing in Vision Therapy in Natick, Massachusetts, just 30 minutes from Boston. We are seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join a dedicated team of 2 ODs, 4 Therapists, and experienced administrative staff. This practice provides specialized care for Pediatric developmental cases and neuro-rehabilitation for adults.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Vision Therapy experience, or have completed a residency in vision therapy and binocular vision in a private practice setting
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School
• Must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional and developmental vision evaluations
• Lead and oversee vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitative care
• Complete detailed patient reports and progress evaluations
• Maintain strong communication with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with the practice manager and therapy team
