About The Position

Join us at the May Center for Adult Services Day Habilitation in Randolph, MA, or Raynham, MA, as a Developmental Specialist (Classroom Lead) and make a meaningful impact every day! This role focuses on helping adults with developmental disabilities gain independence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Behavioral experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development.
• Implement behavioral support plans and track progress.
• Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining.
• Provide safe transportation for community outings.
• Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations.
