The Developmental Diversity Division supports children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families throughout Benton County. The division helps individuals connect with services and supports that promote independence, safety, inclusion, and quality of life. Staff work closely with individuals, families, providers, schools, state partners, and community organizations to ensure services are person-centered and responsive to individual needs. The Division Manager leads a team of dedicated professionals responsible for service coordination, quality assurance, eligibility determination, protective services, and other programs that support individuals across the lifespan. This role requires someone who can balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with longer-term planning and program development. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in complex systems, supporting staff, building relationships with partners, and helping navigate challenges that affect individuals and families receiving services. As a member of the Health Services leadership team, the Division Manager contributes to cross-divisional planning and problem-solving efforts and helps ensure that community members can access services and supports across systems. Benton County has a long history of leadership in developmental disabilities services.
