Assist individuals in developing new skills and achieving their goals as outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP). Provide and maintain a safe, supportive environment for clients in the community. Use positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to encourage growth. Help clients advocate for themselves in their place of employment, during social events or in the community Complete accurate documentation of services provided.
