About The Position

This is a full-time Customer Support Specialist position with Liberty Healthcare. In this role, you will help people who have developmental disabilities receive vital services so they may live their best lives. You will receive training and gain valuable health and human services knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial, though not explicitly stated as a hard requirement, the pay is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders
  • Answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Conveying information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services
  • Documenting details from phone conversations in a computer system
