Provides support and supervision to Services Coordination staff. Ensures individualized supports and services through strong supervision, leadership, guidance, and evaluation; observes, coaches, and trains staff on various services coordination skills; provides oversight of legal and ethical practice; manages case load assignments, provides performance reviews, and conducts disciplinary actions. Implements systems to ensure that services coordination meets State and Federal requirements outlined in OARs. Member of the Departments Executive Leadership Team, tasked with building quality services through services coordination.
