About The Position
Responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing new test/equipment, methodologies, or products for the laboratory under the intellectual and scientific guidance of laboratory directors and staff consultants.

Responsibilities
- Improvement of existing methods or implementation of new technology of proven validity
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of data generated and work performed
- Organizing new method validation data, preparing data for publication and peer review, and participating in formal presentations within the institution
- Aiding in the investigation, installation, evaluation, and purchase of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, reagent systems, and other specialty items
- Participates in the training of laboratory staff, residents, and students in principles of methods and application within the laboratory as needed.
