The Development Scientist I position is a technical role focused on the development and optimization of release and stability methods for biotherapeutics. This includes methods for process residuals, excipient analysis, and various physicochemical chromatography techniques (size exclusion, ion-exchange, reversed-phase, hydrophobic interaction, etc.). The role also supports other analytical method development for characterization and investigation efforts, and may involve testing of biotherapeutic products. Responsibilities include participation in method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting, as well as regular interaction with scientific staff across Research & Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control groups.
