About The Position
The Jackson Companies is hiring a Development & Property Coordinator. This hands-on role works alongside our Development and Property Managers on residential lot development, construction projects & field inspections, commercial property management, and management of 900+ acres held for future development. The role involves coordination with homebuilders, contractors, engineers, vendors & tenants, and managing project schedules, budgets, inspections & documentation.
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator and problem solver
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Ready to spend time in the field, not just behind a desk
- Experienced in real estate, construction, development, or a related field
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of progressive real estate experience preferred
