The Development Project Manager plans, coordinates and carries out all facets of the process of development of real estate projects from inception through construction and final turnover, working closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Development to ensure that all activities are performed in a complete and timely manner. In all instances the Development Project Manager must perform in accordance with and be committed to the Bickerdike mission. The position requires the ability to report to work timely, plan, organize, and execute tasks; analyze information, make informed decisions, concentrate, use critical thinking and reasoning skills, manage time, and monitor and regulate behavior and emotions. Read, review, comprehend, evaluate, and interpret technical materials, research reports, plans, drawings, and technical studies. A high level of managerial, leadership and development construction project management experience required. The employee in this position is regularly required to read, talk, hear, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, climb, carry, traverse construction sites, travel to different locations throughout the city, drive, lift and or move up to 50 pounds. In office work required.
