This rotational Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Embedded Control Products is designed to provide participants with enriching experiences and work alongside experienced engineers. Over a three-and-a-half-year timeframe, individuals will complete four rotations, primarily at the Franksville, WI site. The program focuses on developing and supporting embedded control products, which are real-time protective and control products used for smart grid applications in the electrical power distribution industry. Participants will gain a strong understanding of core engineering competencies and a holistic view of technology-driven solutions. Opportunities for rotations include Embedded Software, Software, Hardware, Quality Assurance, Technical Program Management, Power Systems Engineering, Communications/Cybersecurity, and Product Line Customer Support. The engineering teams are dedicated to designing products and services that are more efficient, reliable, safe, and sustainable. Eaton's local footprint in Wisconsin provides state-of-the-art laboratories and manufacturing access.
