About The Position

As the Animal Rescue League of Boston’s next Development Officer at our Brewster location, you won’t just "raise money." You will connect people who love animals to work that changes lives — helping animals heal and thrive, keeping pets and people together, and protecting animals from harm. We are looking for an impact-driven professional with 2–5 years of experience in relationship management—whether that’s in traditional fundraising, community organizing, or mission-based sales.

• 2–5 years of experience in relationship management (fundraising, community organizing, or mission-based sales)
• Sees the Big Picture: Understands that fundraising is the engine that drives social change.
• Is a Natural Connector: Has 2–5 years of experience building authentic relationships.
