The Campbell Clinic Foundation moves lives through orthopaedic outreach, education and research. Our work includes supporting a leading orthopaedic surgery medical residency and fellowship program; facilitating orthopaedic research; and coordinating events to make both orthopaedic care and training accessible. Our work moves patients worldwide, from a child born with scoliosis to an accident victim who has suffered multiple fractures; from the injured athlete eager to return to play, to the senior determined to stay active and flexible. We are eager to elevate giving, stakeholder engagement and impact with a results-driven, enthusiastic fundraising leader and teammate. The Development Officer will raise funds through individual giving, alumni engagement, and education and outreach events. The Development Officer collaborates with the Executive Director, Development staff, leadership volunteers and internal and external partners to facilitate programs that drive giving and donor retention. The Development Officer will support the Foundation’s growth by cultivating, stewarding, closing and renewing gifts. Interpersonal, communication and writing skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently are essential for success in this role.
