About The Position

Centerfield Media Holding Company in Los Angeles, California is seeking a Development Manager to lead and manage a team of software developers. This role involves providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching, as well as developing and implementing software development strategies and roadmaps. The Development Manager will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The position requires designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software applications using .NET technologies. Key responsibilities include conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementing quality assurance processes, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and identifying and mitigating risks. The role also involves participating in the recruitment of new team members and staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure, ADO.Net).
Experience leading and managing a team of software developers.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
Experience with object-oriented programming.
Experience writing reusable libraries.
Experience with concurrency patterns.
Experience defining team processes and best practices.
Experience with MSSQL Server and MongoDB.
Experience with CSS and XML.

Responsibilities
