Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager & Technical Lead to oversee a team of developers and drive the delivery, support, and evolution of our enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Workday. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, requiring someone who can expertly navigate complex technical environments while guiding a team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with internal business partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and external vendor teams to ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned to organizational needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can seamlessly move between technologies and business groups, and consistently keeps the customer experience at the forefront.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms, including at least two of the following: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, O365, Workday.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing developers, engineers, or platform specialists.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with MSPs and external vendors, including oversight of delivery quality and escalations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering seamless, intuitive solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platform integrations (APIs, automation tools, data pipelines).
  • Prior work in environments with global stakeholders or multiple business units.
  • ITIL, PMP, Agile, or platform-specific certifications.
  • Operational experience with data governance, security controls, and identity/access management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of platform developers and technical specialists.
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure successful delivery of break/fix work, enhancements, projects, and operational support across multiple platforms.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and performance management for direct reports.
  • Act as the technical lead across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, O365, and Workday platforms.
  • Oversee design, configuration, customization, integrations, and technical problem-solving.
  • Ensure best practices, coding standards, and security/compliance requirements are met across all solutions.
  • Drive architectural discussions and influence platform roadmaps to support organizational strategy.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal customers, understanding business needs and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with MSPs and external vendors, ensuring quality delivery, escalations management, and alignment to SLAs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing technical insight, guidance, and prioritization support.
  • Oversee day-to-day platform operations, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experiences.
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
  • Ensure documentation, governance, and controls are consistently maintained.
  • Move fluidly between tools and business groups, supporting parallel workstreams without loss of quality or focus.
  • Serve as a bridge across multiple platforms, ensuring integration, data flow, and user experience are optimized end-to-end.
  • Support enterprise initiatives that require multi-platform coordination and technical leadership.
