The Development Director is a senior, externally focused leader responsible for building, strengthening, and sustaining strategic relationships that advance the Community Health Center of Franklin County’s mission, with a particular emphasis on collaboration, coalition-building, and addressing upstream social determinants of health. This role serves as a primary connector between the health center and key community partners, including school systems, community colleges, public health departments, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and other community stakeholders. The Development Director works independently to identify partnership opportunities, convene cross-sector collaborations, and help align community-based efforts that promote health equity, prevention, and community well-being. By fostering trust, shared vision, and coordinated action, this position plays a critical role in expanding the health center’s influence beyond clinical care and supporting long-term, community-driven solutions to health disparities.
