The Development Director position is located in the Hampton Roads, VA area, covering Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and Williamsburg. This role is primarily responsible for generating revenue for the Heart Walk fundraising campaign, which includes overseeing the campaign and leading the Executive Leadership Committee. The position is home-office-based within the Hampton Roads area, requiring daily local travel within the territory and frequent presence in the field. The role offers a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of the base pay, contingent on achieving specific revenue targets.
